Buckby Gamestation FAQ's

You can either drop off your console personally or post it to us at Buckby GameStation, 7 Phillips Way, Long Buckby, Northants, NN6 7SF.

If you are dropping off, anytime between 1pm and 7pm Monday – Friday  is fine (excluding bank holidays), please call or text us on 07850 186570 to arrange an appointment and you can pay in person by either Cash, Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Otherwise, you can post the console to us with your E-mail address and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice for the due amount once it is repaired. You don’t need a PayPal account in order to pay the invoice, any card will do, the transaction is simply handled by PayPal.

Our return postage prices are as follows…

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Services (Insured Up To £150)

Small Parcel (45cm X 35cm X 16cm) and under 2KG = £4.15 (for all Nintendo Consoles).

Medium Parcel (61cm X 46cm X 46cm) and under 2KG = £5.95 (for all Nintendo Consoles in larger packaging).

Medium Parcel (61cm X 46cm X 46cm) and under 10KG = £7.65 (for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Xbox Series S Consoles).

Parcelforce 24 Services (Insured Up To £150)

Large Parcels (1.5m X 1.5m X 1.5m) and under 20KG - £13.50 (commonly used for PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles)

The console will be ready to be picked up or sent back within 3 hours.

We have a full collection service available where we can have either Royal Mail or Parcelforce (depending on the size and weight of your parcel) collect the console from your door and deliver it back to you again, this takes a total of 3-4 working days from collecting it, to delivering it back to you. If you would like this service, just let us know and we will provide you with a quote.

Any repair/purchase can be returned at any time from one year of the transaction date if the item develops a fault that is not the result of tampering, deliberate or accidental damage. If a fault develops within the first month of the transaction we will cover postage costs, after which the customer is responsible for postage costs. The warranty seal on the console must not be broken in any way. The warranty only applies to the main console itself and does not apply to any accessories including controllers.

The warranty also does not cover any damage caused to the console via the use of non-official third party accessories, faulty accessories, faulty power outlets or faulty cables.
