How do I go about arranging a repair?


You can either drop off your console personally or post it to us at... Buckby Game Station, 30a Station Road, Long Buckby, Northants, NN6 7QB.


If you are dropping off, anytime between 1pm and 7pm Monday – Friday  is fine (excluding bank holidays), just call or text us on 07850 186570 to let us know when you are coming over and you can pay in person by either cash or card.


Otherwise, you can post the console to us with your E-mail address and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice for the due amount once it is repaired, the return postage will be £10. You don’t need a PayPal account in order to pay the invoice, any card will do, the transaction is simply handled by PayPal.


The console will be ready to be picked up or sent back within 3 hours.

How does your Parcelforce courier service work?


We have a full Parcelforce courier service where if you pay £25 up front we can have Parcelforce collect the console from your door and deliver it back to you again, this takes a total of 3-4 working days from collecting it to delivering it back to you. If you would like this service, just let us know and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the courier service.


(Please note that for the areas of Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland, the courier service will be £35. Also, if you live in a London congestion charge area the courier service will be £35.)

How does your 1 year warranty work?


Any repair/purchase can be returned at any time from one year of the transaction date if the item develops a fault that is not the result of tampering, deliberate or accidental damage. If a fault develops within the first month of the transaction we will cover postage costs, after which the customer is responsible for postage costs. The warranty seal on the console must not be broken in any way.
